YOGA to reclaim your focus, strength, and sense of well-being.
Life feels a whole lot better when you find a way to address an imbalance caused by stress or, when you are no longer overwhelmed by how things are right now.
These restorative yoga classes are a sustainable method to reclaim energy and strength; restore focus and clarity; and resume pleasure in tasks and responsibilities.
And then; there's the element of peace that is felt within and beyond these classes.
Each registration is for a series of 6 yoga sessions during 6 weeks with Timeless Yoga on:
Mondays and Thursdays throughout the year.
Absolute beginner classes are included.

This yoga adapts to you to avoid damage from pressure and strain on your body or its systems. The classes are small to allow for "getting it right" and the benefits are noticed from the first class.
