This 11-week program with Belinda McConnell is a great way to stay in shape or try to get back into an exercise routine. Paced just right for active seniors with fun rountines to test your body & brain. Class is approximately 30 minutes Cardio and 15 minutes of Weight Training finished off with a lovely cool-down & stretch.

This 11-week program with Belinda McConnell is the program for you, if you doctor is telling you to keep moving. A gentle program of fun aerobic movement patterns to keep your body and brain in sync with a little lightweight training for your bones and some lovely stretches to finish off your workout.

CARD PARTIES
A sense of humor and a little skill is all you need for this entertaining afternoon of fun & laughs. A variety of games can be accommodated from Bridge, Rammoli, Cribbage, Uno, Majong etc. Bring your group along to play what you will.
