Trites Family Sugar Bush: Maple Syrup 'Taffy on
the Snow' and Pancake Brunch

Hours: From 9 am to 3

Come and experience 'taffy on the snow' and the
many maple products being made: maple syrup, maple sugar, maple butter
and hard maple candy.
Be sure and visit
the Pancake House and sample a
tempting variety of pancakes all smothered in fresh maple
syrup.
The Trites sugarbush is open each spring to
family outings, church tours and school groups so why not arrange to
come and see first-hand the tapping of maple trees and the full
production of syrup and other maple products.
The sugar bush has around 6000 taps
on the go and for the pipelines; only the latest equipment and
technology is used.
