Conscious Breathing Workshop Series
Where: The Oneness Health and Wisdom Centre, 100 Botsford Street, Moncton
When: Every Monday evening commencing Feb 1 to Feb 22.
Time: From 7-9pm
This is an 8 hr workshop divided into four 2 hour weekly sessions.
Participants will learn the basics of HEALTHY BREATHING to maximize oxygenation of their bodies, improving their physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Workshop based on the work of Dr. Gay Hendricks, author of several books on the subject.
Cost:$125 Pre-registration required.
