Qigong is a series of meditative movements that help to heal the body mind and spirit. Dr. Oz on Oprah describes Qigong as the most effective anti-aging practice you can do.
The classes run for 6 weeks and include a CFQ Qigong Healing Circle. These movements are easy to learn and take only 15 minutes to do one series.
Each series of classes teaches you a simple way to eliminate negative energy, foster relaxation and cultivate healing for yourself. Based on ancient guarded secrets, these simple meditative movements will clear away pain and help you live in the present moment.
Qigong when practiced regularly strips away stress, builds stamina,
increases vitality,enhances the immune system and allows your inner
light to shine.
