With a fully licensed bar in both the pub and diningroom, a range of beverages includes the favourite Sub Zero beer available here as one of only 700 locations nationwide! Bayou Pub & Eatery is owned by Hugh Borlase and Claude Poirier, with day-to-day operations handled by Mr. Borlase who has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
