Currently under construction is Loblaw’s new 126,000 sq. ft freezer facility on Frenette Ave. Infrastructure expansion over the past couple of years saw Frenette Avenue connect its east and west sections, the extension of Galloway Street and the addition of the new Parsons Drive. The result is a variety of sites in different sizes and locations being ready for new development. “Our focus has been on the expansion of Caledonia Industrial Estates, developing lots, creating the infrastructure of basic services, and opening up a network of new streets in a ‘ready-to-go’ capacity to accommodate new industries to the park,” says Peter Belliveau. Caledonia Industrial Estates is situated alongside the TransCanada Highway a short hop to the Greater Moncton International Airport, Route 15, and quick access to downtown Moncton.
