Atlantica Mechanical Contractors Incorporated has four diversified divisions to serve your needs.

Atlantica Mechanical - Contracting is a fully integrated multi-trade contractor (including plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, process piping, medical gas, pneumatic tubing, fire protection systems), offering an extensive menu of disciplines for both new construction and major retrofits. This division would target all major projects, whether lump sum, design build, cost plus fee or P3 delivery. Typical clients are large general contractors, construction managers, developers, design build teams, owners and project management teams.

Atlantica Mechanical - Special Projects provides special contracting services to a niche market. They offer all the same services as the Contracting division but on a smaller scale and to a different customer base. In order to facilitate the fast pace of multiple jobs, their mobile work force has developed vast solution experience by solving unique problems for their customers. Their projects include leasehold improvements, retrofits, equipment upgrades and replacement, energy audit upgrades, and fuel filtration program and related services. Typical clients are building owners, property managers, project managers, general contractors, process managers and various
government divisions.

Atlantica Mechanical Services specializes in preventative HVAC and chiller maintenance programs for building systems. Our proactive solutions drive budget responsibility and provide your building occupants with the work environment they demand. Atlantica Mechanical Services is not a product manufacturer; therefore, we are able to offer our clients the proper services and equipment to best suit their unique requirements. We naturally offer this service as an added benefit to all our contracting clients. This division is also a LINC franchise which ensures that our customers get the benefits of experience and knowledge from hundreds of like operations throughout North America.
